ABOUT

Cigarette Butts is an independently-produced sketch-comedy  television   series from Rochester, New York.    It is the brain child of noted comedic   writer and director Shawn M. Beechner, along with notable comedian, writer and director Kara Maillie.  Since it's inception in 2023 the show has been working with some of the best talent between Rochester and Los Angeles to   assemble a show appropriately described as "SNL on speed".   As of spring  2025, filming of episode 2 is about to commence with  a    tentative release set for fall 2025
